Restaurant Guests Co. is a done-for-you restaurant marketing agency. We plan and run your advertising, produce the creative, build the pages guests land on — and track every guest from the ad to the visit, so you see what your marketing actually produced instead of guessing.
A 10-minute call. No contracts, no obligation. We take 5 new restaurants at a time.

You've been boosting posts. You're on the delivery apps. People know you exist. What's missing is the thing in the middle — the system that turns someone who saw you into someone who walked in, and proves it happened.
A boosted post buys you views. It has no offer, no destination, and no way to tell you whether anyone showed up.
10% off attracts people who were coming anyway, and trains the ones who weren't to wait for the next one.
If you can't say how many guests last month's marketing produced, you're not buying customers. You're buying activity.
Getting someone through the door the first time is only a quarter of the job. The other three quarters are catching them, being findable when they check you out, and giving them a reason to come back.
We build the offer and run the ads that put you in front of the people who live and work near you — on Facebook and Instagram, targeted street by street.
Everyone who responds is captured, not just counted. Then followed up automatically by text and email until they book, order or walk in.
We optimise your Google Business Profile so you rank when someone nearby searches your kind of food — and so what they find backs up what the ad promised.
A first visit isn't the win. Loyalty offers and win-back campaigns turn a one-time guest into someone who has a place they go.
Ask most agencies what you got last month and you'll hear about reach, engagement and impressions. None of those are people, and none of them paid you.
The 10-minute version of how this works and what we guarantee.

One team, one invoice, one number to judge us on.
That's the whole list. The most common reason owners put marketing off isn't cost — it's workload. There isn't much here.

“Three months in and I've stopped checking. The number is just there every month.”
“I only took the call because a friend pushed me into it. I'd spent about eleven grand with an agency the year before and got a folder of screenshots for it. This is the first time anyone sat down and showed me people — actual counts, matched to nights. My wife does our books and even she stopped arguing about it.”
“The bit I didn't expect was the follow-up. People who saw the ad but didn't come in still got messaged. Half our Tuesday crowd comes from that now.”
“We were dead on Mondays. We're not dead on Mondays.”
“I didn't believe the guarantee. I still half don't believe it. They've hit it twice now so I've stopped asking how.”
“What sold me was them saying no to my cousin's place because his kitchen couldn't take it. Nobody turns down money unless they mean the rest of it.”
Our guarantee isn't set above what we actually do. It's set at it.
The system is the same. What changes is the offer, the audience, and what a good week looks like.

Full Friday and Saturday, three quiet nights, and a reservation book that depends entirely on word of mouth.
Midweek covers bought deliberately — aimed at the people within driving distance who can afford your menu, with an offer built around occasion rather than discount.
Discounting is the wrong lever here. We sell the reason to come on a Tuesday, not a cheaper Tuesday.

Good food, loyal regulars, and a dining room that has been the same size for three years while costs went up.
A steady flow of first-time guests every week, captured and followed up, with the reviews and profile that make them confident enough to actually walk in.
This is the core case. The problem is almost never the food — it is that not enough new people are trying it.

Volume that lives or dies on the delivery apps, at commissions that eat the margin on every single order.
Direct customers who found you through your own advertising, ordering through your own channel, at your own margin.
Speed of offer matters most here. We test more, and faster, because your ticket is smaller and your volume is higher.

One brand, several markets, and no way to tell which location's marketing is actually working.
Campaigns run per location with per-location numbers, so you can see which market is producing and which needs the attention.
What works at one location gets rolled out to the rest. That is the advantage of running 65 restaurants at once.
A real person we can trace from a campaign we ran to a visit to your restaurant. Nothing else counts toward the number.
Not counted: impressions, reach, clicks, page likes, followers, or anyone who was already coming.
90 days from the day your campaigns go live.
You get a full refund.
We take 5 restaurants at a time. You apply, and if it's a fit, we'll contact you.
Someone we can trace from a campaign we ran to a visit to your restaurant. If we cannot show you the trail, it does not count toward the number — which is the only reason the guarantee is worth anything.
Every campaign runs to a destination we control — an offer, a page, a redemption. When a guest arrives and uses it, that visit is matched back to the ad that produced it. That is why the offer design in step one matters as much as the ads do: without a destination, nothing is countable.
A flat monthly fee, quoted on the call once we have seen your market. It is the same number whether we bring you 200 guests or 400, and it is the number that is at risk if we miss. Ad spend is separate and stays with you — it goes to the platform, not to us, and we will tell you on the call what your market actually requires before you commit to anything. Month to month, no contract.
Keep running your restaurant. We handle the offer, the creative, the ads, the pages and the reporting. We need account access once at the start, and a short call a month.
Reasonable. That is why the number is in writing and why our fee is what is at risk. Most agencies sell you activity. The entire point of the guarantee is that you are buying an outcome.
Tell us about your restaurant. If we do not think we can hit the number in your market, we will say so on the call.
